M.S., Clinical Mental Health Counseling · Men’s coach
For nine years I’ve sat in rooms with men: men’s groups, retreats, late-night conversations after the official part was over. The same thing comes up every time. The men who look like they have it handled are often the loneliest people in the room.
I’ve been a stand-up comic, a podcast host and a radio host, and I trained as a clinical mental health counselor. Forge is what I built from all of it: practical coaching for men who are building something, and a tribe so they don’t have to build it alone.
This is coaching, not therapy. We work on what’s in front of you: your habits, your decisions, your relationships and what you’re building next.

2016
Started co-facilitating men’s groups and retreats. Nine years later, I’m still in those rooms, where men finally say what they don’t say anywhere else.
2016–2020
Stand-up comedy in Los Angeles. It taught me to stay steady under pressure and to say hard things in a way people can actually hear.
2017–2025
Years of long-form podcast conversations, a mental health radio show, and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling.
Now
A room for men who are building something: coaching, a tribe that meets in person, and trips worth taking.
