The idea
Most men’s retreats ask you to suffer: four days of cold, dirt and hard miles. The Founder House asks you to show up.
The mornings are focused. Each man brings one real challenge, in his business or his life, and the room works it with him. The rest of the day is the stuff you’d never book for yourself: a day on the water, a round of clays, a dinner that runs past midnight. That’s where the trust gets built, and the trust is what makes the mornings work.
A day at the house
No alarm, no agenda. The best conversations start before anyone’s properly awake.
Two hours. Each man brings one real challenge in his business or his life, and the room works it with him. Timed, focused, no speeches.
Boats, clays, golf or the pool. Nobody has to be fit. Everybody has to show up.
A chef-cooked dinner that runs as long as it wants to, with one good question on the table.
Nothing scheduled. This is where the real friendships happen.

How the founding trip works
Join the founding list with a $250 refundable hold. It comes off your price.
15 minutes to make sure the room is right for you, and you’re right for the room.
Once six seats are confirmed we book the house and set the dates. If we don’t get there, your hold comes back in full.
Balance due 60 days out. We handle the house, the chef, the boats and the plan. You bring the challenge.

No. Nothing on the schedule needs fitness. If you can ride in a boat and hold a drink, you’re qualified.
We’re planning on a lake house in the Texas Hill Country in spring 2027. Founding members vote on the final place and dates before anything is booked.
No. It’s a focused working session on a real challenge you choose: a hire, a pivot, a partnership, a habit, a family decision. Adam keeps it timed, practical and confidential. You decide how deep you go.
It only runs once six seats are confirmed. If it doesn’t get there, every hold is refunded in full.
The founding trip is men only, so the room can get honest fast. Friends are welcome to apply for their own seat.
